Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders efficiently, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS to process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food preparation stations and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle food items responsibly by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring freshness and presentation.




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers quickly during busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and tracking product levels to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is highly preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cashiering duties, including giving correct change and processing payments accurately.
