Qualified Candidates will

- Be able to regularly work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Have 1 year Bartending experience in a Casual or Fine Dining Restaurant or Bar
- Be able to work long hours on their feet.
- Be able to work well independently as well as on a team.
- Be guest oriented, willing to exceed the expectations of those choosing to dine with us.
- Be able to work a number of shifts starting at various times.
- Be familiar with a full service bar,
- Be able to lift 20 Kg
- Wine knowledge is a definite asset.
- Be smart serve certified.
- Have references for restaurant related experience
