We are looking for a great person to join our Luisa Risto Team! If you love food and people this might be the position for you!

This is a part time position that involves varying evening & weekend shift. The restaurant is located in St Albert’s downtown core.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Assist guests with their orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages
- Discuss menu options
- Deliver food & beverage to guests
- Manage the needs and orders of multiple tables
- Resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Clean tables and prepare for future guests
- Take and process payments
- Maintain excellent customer service and friendly attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Work closely with the kitchen staff and fellow servers optimizing communication to ensure efficient operations




- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Qualifications:
- Proserve Required
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Previous service experience preferred
- Ability to legally work in Canada without an LMO
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly verbal
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Position requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour
