Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink
- Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their overall experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handle cashing out, and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Follow all food safety and food handling protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate with management about stock shortages or ordering needs




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food industry experience, particularly in bartending or serving roles
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Auphan POS or similar platforms
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with micros POS systems or other cashiering tools is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively during busy periods in a hospitality setting
- Food service experience is highly desirable; hospitality background is a plus

Pay: $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
