We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated Production Operator to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment. The Production Operator will assist with product preparation, ingredient handling, sanitation, record keeping, and general production activities while maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Perform production procedures throughout the facility in accordance with established Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines.
- Accurately measure, prepare, and handle product ingredients.
- Assist with day-to-day production and manufacturing activities.
- Maintain accurate and organized production records.
- Follow established quality control, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected production environment.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of production areas and equipment.
- Safely lift and handle bags weighing up to 25 kg (50 lbs).
- Stand, move, and remain physically active for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Complete repetitive production tasks accurately and efficiently.




- Adapt to changes in daily production priorities as required.
