Roots & Tales Clinic is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with children, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support developmental and behavioral goals. This role involves collaborating with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Position Details

- Job Type: Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Casual / Part-time
- Compensation: $60–$70 per hour, based on experience
- Location: Roots & Tales Clinic

Key Responsibilities / Duties

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and guide ABA therapists / behavior technicians as needed
- Provide direct and indirect ABA services to children
- Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with families, educators, case managers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Develop and implement behavior management strategies that promote positive behaviors
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support therapy goals at home
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA,



pediatrics, and special education

Qualifications & Requirements

- BCBA certification (required) and in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in ABA or behavioral health settings
- Educational background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in pediatric, developmental, or special education environments preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and data-driven decision-making
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting children’s developmental progress
