We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Beer Brewer to join our dynamic brewing team. Duties
- Prepare and brew beer according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring optimal flavor and consistency.
- Operate and maintain brewing equipment, including kettles, fermenters, and packaging machinery, with mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
- Manage sanitation procedures throughout the brewing process to uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with packaging operations such as bottling, canning, or kegging, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
- Conduct quality checks during various stages of production using basic math skills to measure ingredients and monitor fermentation progress.
- Maintain detailed records of production processes, sanitation logs,
and safety compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry or beverage manufacturing is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is essential.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot brewing equipment.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately and recording data precisely.
- Familiarity with packaging processes and food processing equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while adhering to strict quality standards.
