- Ensure fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans
- Engage in recent-hire check-ins and team meetings

- 6 months experience with children with developmental disabilities
- Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven experience in ABA data collection
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
