About Soccer Glow Kingdom

Soccer Glow Kingdom is a private soccer and events venue specializing in children's birthday parties, soccer events, team events, and private group experiences.

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and responsible Birthday Party & Soccer Event Host to join our team.

This is an active, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with children, has a genuine understanding of soccer, and is comfortable taking the lead with groups.

About the Role

As a Birthday Party & Soccer Event Host, you will help run private birthday parties and soccer activities from start to finish. You will be responsible for keeping children engaged, organizing games, managing groups, interacting with parents and guests, and helping ensure that every event runs smoothly.

This is not a babysitting position. We are looking for someone who can confidently take responsibility for an event and represent Soccer Glow Kingdom professionally.

Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist families and guests upon arrival
- Help lead and organize children's soccer games and activities
- Referee, coach, and manage groups during soccer activities
- Keep children engaged, active, and involved throughout the event
- Provide clear instructions and confidently lead groups
- Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful setting
- Communicate professionally with parents and guests
- Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service
- Help with setup before events and resetting the venue afterward
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event
- Assist with guest services and payments when required
- Follow all facility, safety, and operating procedures
- Work as part of a team during busy event periods

Required Qualifications The following are required for this position:

- Previous work experience in a professional environment
- Previous experience working with children or youth
- Experience may include sports programs, soccer clubs, camps, recreation programs, schools, tutoring, childcare,



or similar environments
- Soccer experience or knowledge through playing, coaching, refereeing, or organized soccer
- Comfortable leading and managing groups of children
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking confidently in front of groups
- Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and professional
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable being active and on your feet throughout your shift
- Weekend availability is required

Previous Experience That Is an Asset Experience in any of the following is considered an asset:

- Soccer coaching
- Soccer refereeing
- Playing competitive or organized soccer
- Children's camps
- Recreation programs
- Sports programs
- Birthday parties or children's events
- Customer service
- Coaching or group instruction
- Working in a facility or event environment
