We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking General Labourer/Sandblaster to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, know your way around tools, and take pride in seeing a job done properly, you could be a great fit.

This isn’t a stand-around-and-watch kind of job. You’ll be actively involved in sandblasting, preparing surfaces, maintaining equipment, and helping keep our shop running safely and efficiently. Every day can bring something different, so mechanical ability, common sense, and a positive attitude go a long way.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Performing sandblasting and surface-preparation work
- Operating power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment safely
- Inspecting, maintaining, and completing basic repairs on tools and machinery
- Troubleshooting minor equipment and mechanical issues
- Measuring and mixing materials accurately
- Loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials
- Keeping the shop and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Wearing required personal protective equipment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Pitching in with other shop and general labour duties when needed

What We’re Looking For
- Previous sandblasting, industrial, construction, restoration, or general labour experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with power tools,



hand tools, and industrial equipment
- Mechanically inclined with basic troubleshooting skills
- Able to follow instructions and work safely with minimal supervision
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials
- Physically capable of completing repetitive tasks and lifting heavy materials safely
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges
