About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and actively licensed Real Estate Professional to join our team as a Branch Manager in Brampton.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of active real estate experience, strong knowledge of the Ontario real estate industry, and hands-on experience working with agents, recruiting, training, and managing day-to-day brokerage operations.

This is a people-focused and hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working closely with real estate agents, supporting their growth, and helping maintain a productive and professional brokerage environment. The Branch Manager will work closely with the Broker of Record and leadership team and may also support operations across multiple brokerage locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Brampton branch and support overall brokerage activities.
- Work closely with the Broker of Record to ensure smooth branch operations and alignment with brokerage policies and procedures.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and support new and experienced real estate agents.
- Assist with agent retention, engagement, performance, and overall development.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching for agents on sales, processes, tools, compliance, and business development.
- Be actively involved in the office and maintain regular communication with agents and staff.
- Support agents with day-to-day operational questions and help resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor office activities, agent engagement, and operational requirements.
- Help implement brokerage initiatives, programs, processes, and standards.




- Work with leadership to identify opportunities to improve agent productivity and the overall office experience.
- Coordinate and support meetings, events, training sessions, and agent engagement activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents, staff, leadership, and external stakeholders.
- Support the Broker of Record with administrative and operational requirements as needed.
- Assist with coordinating activities across multiple brokerage locations when required.
- Help ensure consistency in processes, communication, and standards across branches.
- Stay current with real estate industry developments, brokerage requirements, and relevant Ontario regulations.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of active experience in the Ontario real estate industry and managing brokerage.
- Must hold an active Ontario Real Estate licence.
- Previous experience in a management, brokerage, team lead, or leadership role is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience recruiting and hiring real estate agents.
- Experience providing training, coaching, or mentorship to real estate agents.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes and day-to-day brokerage operations.
- Experience working closely with a Broker of Record or brokerage leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships and motivate agents.




- Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced setting.
- Proactive, approachable, and hands-on management style.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership.
- Willingness and ability to support multiple brokerage locations when required.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
