SALARY RANGE:

$17.80- $19/hour- based on experience

- Responsible for setting up, stocking, and delivering breakfast to guest rooms. Clean up the kitchen area, polish silverware and restocking.

- Prepare food for breakfast, baking pre-cook croissants.

- Following safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment.

- Responsible for the removal of all waste and recycling to proper disposal areas, maintain cleanliness of serving area, including wiping, sweeping, and mopping. Ensures the proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.

- Takes every reasonable precaution to protect own health and safety and the health and safety of other persons at or near the workplace. Follows safety and food handling practices.

- Take on other crew members duties when the whole team needs to pull together.



Completes additional food service or catering duties as assigned by management.

- Must possess attention to detail and ensure the kitchen area is left clean and tidy before leaving the shift.

- Must have exceptional customer service, friendly and courteous towards guest especially when delivering the breakfast trays to the rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school degree or equivalent

- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required

- Ability to lift 30 lb

- Able to communicate clearly and fluently

- Be able to work on a fast environment.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as cooperatively within a team setting.

- Be organized and pay attention to details

- Availability mornings, midnights, weekends, and holidays
