Duties

- Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Set up breakfast buffet stations, replenish food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness throughout service.
- Greet guests warmly, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests when needed.
- Manage food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations,



and equipment through regular cleaning routines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in restaurants, hotels, or catering environments is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to engage guests positively.
- Experience in food preparation and serving is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and guest-focused service mindset.
