You don’t need years of painting experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who wants to learn a skilled trade, earn good money, build real-world skills, and grow with a company.

You’ll work alongside experienced painters and learn much more than just how to put paint on a wall — including proper prep, cutting and rolling, spraying, exterior coatings, staining, drywall repairs, jobsite organization, equipment use, estimating basics, customer service, and how professional painting projects are run from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Is willing to work hard and take initiative
- Wants to learn and improve every week
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Can take direction and work as part of a team
- Is comfortable working indoors, outdoors and from ladders




- Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence
- Wants an prospect to grow rather than just collect a paycheque
