Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing cannabis products
- Provide accurate information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain knowledge of current laws and regulations regarding cannabis sales
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Experience

- Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role preferred
- Familiarity with cannabis products and their effects
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and customer preferences
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and provide product recommendations
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for inventory management and sales tracking
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts,



and change
