Required

OIQ certification — mandatory

Experience with building condition assessments, structural inspections, building envelope inspections or similar mandates

Robust technical/report-writing capabilities

Bilingualism is an asset The individual will lead and support property condition assessment work from the initial site visit through technical reporting and client delivery.

Typical responsibilities can include

Planning site visits and reviewing documentation

Conducting building/property inspections

Evaluating building conditions

Coordinating technical reports

Developing 10-year capital expenditure projections





Supporting reserve fund studies and maintenance planning

Coordinating with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors and clients

Working across commercial, multi-residential, industrial and mixed-use properties The work can include significant and complex assets, including large commercial properties and multi-residential buildings.

Travel

Occasional travel within Canada is required.

A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle are required because the individual will need to travel between project sites.
