We’re hiring a Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator at Body & Soul Clinic (North York). This is a part-time, in-person position for current university or college students only. Ideal for Marketing or Business Admin students looking to gain hands-on customer service and sales experience in a professional clinic setting.

Business Admin / Marketing Students – Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)

Location: North York, ON

Pay: $18/hour commission

Job Type: Part-time, In-person

This position is open to current university or college students only.

This is a part time role with a fixed schedule — not suitable for full-time job seekers.

Schedule (Non-Negotiable):

- Tuesdays: 10:00AM – 3:00 PM
- Fridays: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Vaughan Location
- Saturdays

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage scheduling,



phone calls, and client check-ins
- Support sales by explaining services and processing payments
- Provide light administrative and tech support

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program (required) — applicants who are not students will not be considered
- Marketing / Business Admin students preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable learning new systems quickly
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
