Overview

Ship PFL Canada is an asset-based dry van carrier built on drop-and-hook capability, dedicated trailer pools, real-time GPS tracking, and cross-border customs expertise. We're growing our fleet and looking for someone who can bring existing shipper relationships and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

What we're looking for:

- An established book of business in freight/logistics (shippers, brokers, or 3PLs) that can be transitioned or co-managed

- Experience selling dry van capacity, RFPs/bids, and lane contracts

- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, closing

- Based in or able to work from the GTA (Etobicoke office)

What you'd be doing:

- Bringing your existing shipper/broker relationships to Ship PFL





- Sourcing and negotiating lane contracts and RFPs (Canada-wide and cross-border US)

- Working closely with ownership on pricing and capacity planning

- Helping build out a dedicated-lane strategy (e.g. Toronto–Montreal and beyond)

Pay: $44,429.10-$133,715.84 per year
