Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Business Marketing Coordinator to join our construction company and take responsibility for coordinating our marketing, online presence, and lead-generation activities.

This is an in-house position where you will work closely with company management, project managers, trades, and clients to understand our work and turn our projects into effective marketing content.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands marketing but is also comfortable working around a construction workplace, visiting job sites, taking photos and videos, speaking with clients, and turning completed projects into compelling content.

Duties

- Marketing Strategy and Coordination.
- Help establish a consistent and professional image for the company across all marketing channels.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence.
- Create. maintain and update the company website.
- Help improve the company's visibility when customers search online for construction services.
- Coordinate and assist with advertising campaigns.
- Turn projects into marketing assets.




- Create strong company's online reputation and presence.
- Support the company's business-development activities.

Experience

- Experience in digital marketing, including managing e-commerce platforms and executing SEO strategies.
- Strong familiarity with Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with content creation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML coding basics, and website optimization techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to research market trends and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting insights clearly.
