We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Painter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience preparing, priming, and finishing cabinetry to a high-quality standard. This role requires precision, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

- Prepare cabinet surfaces for finishing (cleaning, sanding, filling, masking)
- Apply primer, paint, and clear coats using spray equipment or hand application
- Operate spray guns and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform touch-ups and corrections when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized spray booth/work area
- Follow all safety procedures and proper handling of materials

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years experience in cabinet painting, finishing, or similar role
- Experience with spray painting equipment




- Knowledge of different paints, stains, lacquers, and finishes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-end custom cabinetry finishing
- Knowledge of wood finishing techniques
- Experience working in a cabinet shop or millwork environment
