You'll develop and present engaging courses tailored for internal staff and external partners while ensuring a consistent training experience across Canada. Your interaction at events and continual skill-building will keep the training landscape energetic and informed. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training both virtually and in-person
- Create customized courses for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales for Academy planning
- Analyze training feedback for continuous improvement
- Stay abreast of new Axis product developments Requirements:
- 5+ years in training or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years in Network Surveillance/Physical Security
- Excellent public speaking and relationship management
- Willingness to travel extensively
