About THC Hub

THC Hub is a customer-focused cannabis retail destination dedicated to creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional experience for every guest. We’re looking for a personable Cannabis Concierge to join our team and help customers navigate our products and services.

The Role

As a Cannabis Concierge, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll help create a positive experience by providing product information, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Learn and communicate accurate information about cannabis products, formats, and applicable regulations
- Ask questions to understand customers’ preferences and provide appropriate product information
- Assist customers with navigating the store and product selection
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all applicable cannabis laws, regulations, age-verification requirements, and company policies
- Protect customer privacy and handle transactions responsibly
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, store procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Support the team with inventory, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and other retail responsibilities as needed

- Comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers
- Interest in cannabis and willingness to continually learn about products and regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous cannabis retail, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset
- Ability to meet all applicable legal requirements for employment in a cannabis retail environment

Schedule

Part-time / (Full-time in future available)

Must be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
