Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Canteen and Time Keeper to join our team. This vital role combines managing daily food service operations with accurately tracking employee work hours, ensuring smooth and efficient workplace functions. Duties

- Oversee the operation of the company’s canteen, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and timely service for staff and visitors
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent availability of food and beverages
- Record game scores and document at end of night.
- Make sure washrooms are kept clean and stocked.
- Clean the building at end of shift (sweep, mop, pick up garbage, take out garbage, wipe down surfaces, close up and lock up)




- Perform regular data entry tasks related to canteen and game schedules

Qualifications

- Proven experience with timekeeping systems (will training)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Prior experience in food service is preferred but not required (will train)
- Good positive attitude and great interpersonal people skills
- Attention to details especial when it comes to cleanliness
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work weekend evenings and be on call for weekday shifts.
