Canine Car Care is hiring a Detailing Technician in Victoria, BC.

We're currently building the fastest-growing Mobile Car Detailing Company in Victoria & we'd love you to be a part of it.

No detailing experience is required. We can teach you the skills. You bring the effort, reliability, and willingness to learn.

You’ll earn base pay (starting at $21.50/hour), with opportunities to earn more through customer tips and performance bonuses.

(pay with tips and bonuses typically goes up to $35/hour)

Bonuses reward things like great customer reviews, punctuality, and helping customers choose additional services that meet their needs.

What You'll Do:

- Perform Car Detailing services such as Interior Detailing, Car Washing, Waxing, Scratch Removal, Buffing, Polishing, Ceramic Coating, and more
- Work independently & take charge of detailing jobs, ensuring top-notch quality & customer satisfaction
- Communicate confidently and professionally with customers

What You’ll Do

- Travel to customers throughout Greater Victoria to detail their vehicles.
- Perform interior cleaning, washing, waxing, and other detailing services as trained.
- Manage your jobs, equipment, and time responsibly.
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during,



and after the service.
- Check your work, address concerns, and make sure the job meets our standards.

Requirements

- A valid driver’s licence and a clean, reliable, well maintained vehicle.
- At least six months of hands on work experience.
- Willingness to do physical work and travel throughout Greater Victoria.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English.
- Willingness to complete training, receive feedback, and follow our standards.
- At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.

Pay: $21.50-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
