Overview

Legacy + is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to produce AI-generated career videos at scale. The role runs an end-to-end pipeline: scripting, voiceover, avatar creation, lip sync, assembly in Canva, and quality control. The ideal contractor brings a solid understanding of career development, a strong production and design sensibility, and comfort working across multiple AI tools.

They follow templates and brand standards closely, maintain consistency and accuracy across a large volume of videos, and stay open to new ideas and efficiencies as the project grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate video scripts in Claude using the provided My Dream. My Path. script template and brand voice, applying a working knowledge of career development to keep content accurate, relevant, and useful to teens.
- Convert approved scripts into voiceover audio using ElevenLabs, matching voice selection to each career context.
- Create avatar images in ChatGPT that suit the profession and fit the My Dream. My Path. visual style.
- Produce short videos by merging avatar images and voiceover audio using a lip sync tool.
- Assemble and finish videos in Canva using My Dream.



My Path. templates, adding music, stickers, captions, and final touches.
- Deliver a target volume of 1,000 completed videos across the agreed production schedule, holding quality steady as volume scales.
- Quality check every video for content accuracy, lip sync quality, audio clarity, name and continuity consistency, and brand compliance before delivery.
- Organize, name, and deliver all files using the agreed naming convention and folder structure.
- Track production progress and report status on a regular cadence.
- Flag content, accuracy, or continuity issues for review, and incorporate revision feedback promptly.
- Contribute new ideas and efficiencies as the project evolves, with potential for expanded scope in the future.
