Cashier

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm | Office-based

We’re looking for a Cashier to support customer transactions and payment processing from our Vancouver office. You’ll handle payments, answer routine questions, maintain accurate records, and make sure each transaction is completed correctly.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable working with numbers, and enjoys working directly with customers.

A typical week could involve:

Processing customer payments and issuing receipts

Handling cash, card, and other approved payment methods

Updating transaction and customer records

Answering routine questions about payments and transactions

Checking transactions for accuracy and resolving basic discrepancies

Reconciling payment records and reporting any issues

Following company procedures for payment handling

Supporting routine customer service and administrative tasks





Working with internal teams when additional support is required

Monday to Friday

You’ll work regular weekday hours from our Vancouver office, supporting customers and keeping daily payment activity organized and accurate.

Previous experience in cash handling, customer service, retail, administration, or another customer-facing role is useful, but we’re also interested in people who are accurate, dependable, comfortable with numbers, and willing to learn.

Training will be provided on our payment systems, procedures, and day-to-day processes.
