Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and efficient service.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, providing correct change and processing payments through Micros POS or similar systems.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
- Assist with food presentation and upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain proper food handling and safety procedures, adhering to sanitation standards to ensure a safe setting for both staff and guests.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while supporting kitchen operations seamlessly.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients and maintaining stock levels.

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a solid understanding of food preparation and handling.
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen hygiene standards.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods without compromising quality or safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail in all responsibilities.
