Be the face of Cabela’s as a cashier, ensuring high-quality service during customer checkouts. Engage customers and process transactions while promoting programs. In this role, you will report to the Group Sales Manager and focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will handle transactions swiftly using Point-Of-Sale systems, assist in resolving customer issues, and maintain store standards. Your enthusiasm will be key to winning back dissatisfied customers. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly at the checkout
- Promote Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops services
- Accurately process payment transactions
- Handle customer issues logically and effectively
- Assist with opening and closing store duties Requirements:
- Preferred one year of experience in sales/service
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent judgment and logic for problem resolution
- Robust commitment to customer satisfaction
