We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Lottery Kiosk Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, processing lottery transactions, handling cash accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming kiosk environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and skilled customer service
- Process lottery ticket purchases and other authorized transactions accurately
- Handle cash, debit/credit transactions, and daily balancing
- Check and validate lottery tickets according to applicable procedures
- Assist customers with general lottery-related inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
- Follow all company policies and applicable lottery regulations
- Monitor inventory and restock products when required
- Maintain accurate transaction and cash-handling records
- Report discrepancies or issues to management promptly

Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service, cashier,



or lottery experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash and financial transactions
- Basic computer/POS skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must meet all applicable age and regulatory requirements for lottery sales
