Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, questions, and product inquiries
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly, managing phone inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions




- Support inventory management through basic stock replenishment and monitoring product availability

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
- Ability to perform product demos and engage customers through active selling techniques such as upselling
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and record keeping
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members
