About the Role

Our client, a leading entity in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, is looking for a strategic and analytical Category Manager to join their commercial team in Kimberley . This role is crucial for driving category growth, optimizing product assortments, and developing compelling strategies that enhance market share and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, shopper behavior, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
