Campbell Heights Dental is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Certified Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working two days per week. This is a great opportunity for a CDA looking for flexible hours in a supportive, patient-focused practice.

Position Details:

- Position: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

- Schedule: 2 days per week (Mondays and Thursdays), hours may vary

- Location: Campbell Heights Dental, 19255 28 Ave, Surrey, BC

- Start Date: November 1

- Compensation: $30–$35/hour

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures

- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment per infection control protocols

- Take and process dental x-rays

- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

- Assist with patient comfort and chairside communication

- Take taking intra oral scans as needed

- Maintain accurate patient charting and clinical documentation

- Support front desk/admin staff with patient flow as needed

- Order and manage dental supplies and inventory





- Uphold strict patient confidentiality and privacy standards

Qualifications:

- Certified Dental Assistant in good standing with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience working as a Certified Dental Assistant

- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Valid CPR/First Aid certification

- Strong knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) is helpful
- A team player with a positive, patient-first attitude

- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
