Overview

We are seeking a professional and dependable Chauffeur Driver to join the Out of Town Lincoln team. In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and courteous private transportation while delivering the high level of service our clients expect.

Our chauffeurs provide a wide variety of transportation services throughout Niagara and beyond. A significant portion of our business consists of airport transportation, including service to and from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport (YHM), Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF), and Niagara Falls International Airport (IAG).

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 driving position. Airport transportation operates around flight schedules, which means chauffeurs must be comfortable with flexible and sometimes unusual working hours. Some assignments may require 2:00 a.m. pickups in Niagara for early-morning airport departures, while others may involve late-night airport pickups and returning passengers home after arriving flights.

In addition to airport transportation, our chauffeurs regularly make trips to downtown Toronto for corporate travel, appointments, dining, entertainment, and other private transportation. Drivers should be comfortable navigating Toronto traffic and completing longer-distance assignments.

We also provide transportation for concerts, professional sporting events, special events, corporate functions, medical appointments, wine tours, and other private transportation needs throughout Niagara, Toronto, Hamilton, Buffalo, and surrounding areas. Depending on the assignment,



a chauffeur may transport a client to an event and return later for pickup or remain available as required.

The ideal candidate is punctual, professional in appearance, safety-conscious, dependable, and comfortable working directly with clients. Chauffeurs are responsible for ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time while maintaining a clean and comfortable vehicle and providing friendly, attentive service throughout each trip.

Because of the nature of our business, applicants must have flexibility in their availability. Shifts and assignments may include early mornings, daytime trips, evenings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and longer-distance travel. The amount and timing of work can vary depending on customer bookings and flight schedules.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys driving, meeting people, working independently, and providing excellent customer service. Professionalism, discretion, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.

Duties

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport clients to various destinations while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
- Greet guests warmly,



assist with boarding and alighting, and provide attentive guest services throughout the journey
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of assigned vehicles to ensure optimal condition and presentation
- Manage scheduling and coordinate pickups efficiently to meet client expectations for punctuality
- Handle cash transactions, fares, or tips accurately when applicable, maintaining proper records
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding routes, schedules, or any delays to ensure transparency and satisfaction
- Follow all company policies related to safety procedures, vehicle inspections, and confidentiality

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a chauffeur or professional driver, preferably with dealership or hospitality experience
- Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus)
- Excellent driving record with a valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle fleet
- Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and navigation tools to optimize routes
- Experience in guest services or hospitality environments demonstrating professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences

Pay: $20.35 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 25.0 per week
