The Market Bistro — a casual French-Italian bistro in the Three Sisters neighbourhood of Canmore — is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

What you'll do

- Run your assigned station during service, prepping and plating to our standards
- Follow recipes and portioning consistently, keeping quality high through busy periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area
- Support prep and mise en place ahead of service
- Communicate with the kitchen team and step up where needed

What we're looking for

- Previous line cook or CDP experience in a busy kitchen
- Solid knife skills and a strong grasp of the fundamentals




- Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
- A team player with a positive, reliable attitude
- Food Safety certification an asset (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 per week
