Responsibilities

- Provide attentive supervision and care for children in various settings, including homes, daycare centers, or educational environments
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, social skills, and creativity
- Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and hygiene practices
- Assist children with developmental needs, including those with disabilities or special requirements
- Maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and monitoring for hazards at all times
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with teachers or other caregivers to support educational goals and behavioral guidance

Qualifications





- Proven experience working with children in caregiving, teaching, or classroom settings
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, empathy, and positive communication
- Ability to follow safety guidelines meticulously and respond calmly in emergency situations
- Relevant certifications such as CPR/First Aid are preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus
- A genuine passion for nurturing children's growth and development
