Chiropractor – New Upper Ottawa Hamilton Clinic

Wellspring Health & Wellness Clinic is expanding to a second location at Upper Ottawa Street on Hamilton Mountain. We are looking for a licensed chiropractor who is excited to help establish and grow chiropractic services within a new multidisciplinary clinic.

This opportunity is well suited to a chiropractor who values clinical independence, collaborative care and the opportunity to build a long-term caseload. You will be supported by an established clinic brand, an experienced administrative team and coordinated marketing efforts as we introduce Wellspring to the Upper Ottawa community.

About Wellspring

Wellspring Health & Wellness is an established multidisciplinary clinic serving Hamilton and Stoney Creek. Our team includes physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists and other regulated healthcare professionals working together to provide personalized, patient-centred care.

Our new Upper Ottawa clinic is being designed as a modern and welcoming rehabilitation space with private treatment rooms, convenient parking and opportunities for collaboration between practitioners.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough chiropractic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-informed chiropractic care within your professional scope
- Use manual therapy, adjustments, mobilizations, therapeutic exercise and patient education as clinically appropriate
- Maintain complete, accurate and timely clinical records
- Educate patients regarding mobility, posture, injury prevention and self-management
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required
- Communicate professionally with patients, clinic staff and referring practitioners
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, massage therapists and other members of the clinical team when appropriate
- Maintain all professional, ethical and infection-control standards required by the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Help create a welcoming and skilled patient experience as the new clinic grows

Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from a recognized institution
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario
- Current professional liability insurance
- Eligible to practise independently in Ontario
- Strong assessment, communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Professional, dependable and patient-focused




- Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Interest in building and maintaining a long-term patient caseload
- New graduates and experienced chiropractors are welcome to apply

Additional clinical interests such as sports rehabilitation, TMJ care, pediatric care, orthotics, soft-tissue techniques or rehabilitation-based chiropractic care would be an asset but are not required.

- Schedule: Versatile part-time schedule with the opportunity to expand as the caseload grows
- Availability: Some evening and/or Saturday availability is preferred
- Start date: To be confirmed based on the clinic’s opening schedule
- Compensation: Percentage-based practitioner split. Earnings depend on schedule, services provided and patient volume. The stated hourly range is an estimated equivalent and is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
