As our practice continues to evolve, we are looking for an exceptional Chiropractic Care Coordinator to join our team and help support our daily operations, practice member care, and the overall experience of every person who walks through our doors.

About the Role

As an integral member of the PFC team, the Chiropractic Care Coordinator will support both the front- and back-end operations of the practice.

Daily responsibilities may include

- Welcoming and assisting practice members
- Building genuine relationships with the individuals and families in our practice
- Answering phones, managing schedules, and completing administrative tasks
- Supporting the daily flow, organization, and efficiency of the practice
- Assisting Chiropractors with practice member intakes
- Conducting testing and CLA INSiGHT™ scans following training
- Preparing reports, paperwork, and practice member resources
- Maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential records
- Supporting communication between practice members, chiropractors, and team members
- Processing payments and completing basic financial and reporting responsibilities
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing training
- Assisting with other practice and operational needs as required
- Working with external providers and companies in relation to practice member care
- Upholding confidentiality within the practice, business and with practice member care

Previous administrative, customer service, healthcare, or in-office experience is considered an asset but is not required for the right candidate.

Position Schedule

- Currently offering a part-time position,



typically 20–30 hours per week (with room for growth into more hours if desired)
- Occasional additional hours, up to approximately 36 hours per week, may be available or required for vacation coverage, training, and practice needs
- The schedule will include a combination of shifts throughout the week
- Flexibility to work different shifts and provide additional coverage is required

Compensation, Training, and Growth

- Starting compensation will be based on relevant experience and qualifications and discussed during the interview process
- Compensation is reviewed annually based on performance, growth, and development within the role
- A structured onboarding and training program will be provided
- Opportunities for continued learning, increased responsibility, and growth within the practice
- Opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow
- Occasional opportunities to attend out-of-town chiropractic seminars
- Additional benefits may become available based on length of employment and eligibility
