Collaborating closely with the Board of Directors, you will catalyze strategic plans ensuring meaningful, measurable outcomes for communities across Quebec. Your leadership will focus on building partnerships and advocating for the health service needs of diverse English-speaking demographics. Key Responsibilities:

- Set strategic direction and organizational goals
- Manage overall operations and program performance
- Advocate for services with government and partners
- Develop funding strategies to ensure sustainability
- Implement governance and compliance standards Requirements:
- Minimum five years in senior nonprofit management
- Master’s degree in relevant discipline preferred
