- Investigate and resolve complex bodily injury claims
- Engage with claimants and legal professionals regularly
- Mentor and provide support to claims team members
- Ensure client service meets top industry standards
- Implement innovative solutions for claims processes Requirements:
- At least three years of related claims experience
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma
- Required Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation
- Regional adjuster license(s) dependent on work province
