Job Overview

We are looking for reliable, detail focused cleaners to handle unit turnovers and construction cleaning for our residential properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who works well independently, takes pride in their work, and can be counted on to complete jobs within estimated time frames. Availability during the first two weeks of each month is essential, as this is our busiest period for unit turns.

What you will do

- Clean and prepare residential units between tenants (unit turnovers)
- Perform construction and post renovation cleaning
- Track and code your own time entries in Jobber
- Prepare weekly invoices for completed work
- Work evenings and weekends on occasion as needed

What you need

- 2 to 4 years of cleaning experience, including construction cleaning
- Your own reliable vehicle
- Your own cleaning supplies
- Strong computer skills, including comfort using software such as Jobber
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions closely, and meet time estimates
- Trustworthy and dependable





Assets

- Painting experience
- A explicit criminal record check
- Willingness to learn new skills, as we regularly need help with maintenance as well

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
