Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team in Agassiz, committed to maintaining pristine and welcoming environments across various commercial facilities.

This role frequency: 2–3 service visits per week (mix of weekday evening/mid-week and weekend scheduling).

Work Environment

Standard commercial facilities (janitorial, surface sanitation, common areas, restrooms, trash removal).

Requirements:





Minimum 1+ year of commercial cleaning experience.

Must operate as an established subcontractor/team (ideally a 2-person team or couple).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from job sites in Agassiz.

Robust work ethic, self-direction, and ability to work independently. High standards for cleanliness, reliability, and clear communication.
