Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician with a clear pathway to become a Supervisor. This role involves performing residential cleaning tasks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a willingness to grow within our team.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough residential cleaning including bathrooms,kitchen,dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
- Manage laundry duties efficiently, ensuring linens and fabrics are cleaned and organized properly
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all equipment is used safely and correctly
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly
- Assist in training new team members as part of your development toward supervisory responsibilities




- Demonstrate excellent time management to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism in every job

Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safety protocols
- Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward client interactions
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities as part of growth opportunities toward supervisory roles
