- The candidate will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients in the branch and delivering an outstanding service experience by completing transactions and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
- The candidate will focus on education and demonstration, using technology to deliver a memorable client experience, drive solutions, and retain business.

- The candidate will contribute to team results by listening to clients, identifying opportunities to offer additional advice, introducing clients to the capabilities of RBC partners, or personally fulfilling client solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for proactively taking ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
- The candidate must cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to work together as one RBC team.

- The candidate must manage risks by following compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests while completing transactions.

- The candidate must possess digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

- The candidate must demonstrate eagerness to learn and determination to succeed.

- The candidate must have a proven track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service, or retail industry.
- The candidate must hold Mutual Funds accreditation or be willing to obtain it (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
- The candidate will be required to communicate fluently in both English and French.
