Duties

- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in person to provide timely, professional assistance
- Build strong, genuine connections with clients and our patients
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records and transaction logs
- Analyze client inquiries to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
- Practice excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships
- Identify opportunities to build relationships, add extra value and exceed client expectation

Experience

- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles, preference given for those with veterinary or medical background
