About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, tech-savvy Client Success & Technical Support Specialist to manage dealership onboarding, client relationship management, and technical support for our automotive software platform.

In this role, your primary clients are car dealerships. You will act as their main point of contact, ensuring smooth software onboarding, assisting dealership personnel with daily platform use, and rapidly resolving technical issues by working directly with our software engineering team. This position requires you to be in office full time (no hybrid work model), hands-on involvement and periodic travel across North America to conduct in-person training, build strong relationships with dealership partners, and launch platform implementations on-site.

To ensure you fully understand our dealership clients' day-to-day operations and challenges, this position includes a 3-Part Specialized Training Program:

- Showroom & Dealership Operations Training: In-dealership training to learn actual vehicle retail workflows, trade-ins, Bills of Sale, Conditional Bills of Sale, and F&I; (Finance & Insurance) operations.
- Client Onboarding & Account Management: Training on how to onboard dealership accounts, train dealership staff (both remotely and on-site), build strong client relationships, and maintain high client retention.
- Technical Diagnostics & Developer Escalation: Specialized technical training on our platform software to diagnose user issues accurately, replicate bugs, and write clear, detailed tickets for developers.

Key Responsibilities 1. Dealership Client Onboarding & In-Person Relationship Management

- Travel across North America as needed to perform on-site software onboarding, configuration, and staff training at client dealerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new dealership clients to the software platform.
- Guide dealership managers, sales teams,



and F&I; staff on how to effectively use the platform.
- Build strong, friendly, and supportive relationships with dealership staff to ensure smooth software adoption and high client satisfaction.
- Proactively collect feedback from dealership clients regarding software usability, friction points, and feature requests.

2. Dealership Workflow Knowledge & Training

- Undergo hands-on showroom and office training inside an active dealership to learn real-world sales and transactional operations.
- Gain a deep practical understanding of Bills of Sale (BOS), Conditional Bills of Sale, trade-in valuations, aftermarket products, and F&I; processes.
- Use this operational background to understand dealership client issues immediately when they call or submit support requests.

3. Technical Issue Diagnostics & Developer Ticketing

- Receive and handle technical support calls, emails, and inquiries from dealership personnel.
- Troubleshoot, replicate, and analyze reported technical glitches, interface bugs, or workflow errors within the software.
- Write comprehensive, detailed, and technically accurate ticket descriptions (including steps to reproduce, screenshots, and system context) for our software development team.
- Track ticket progress, collaborate with developers to ensure fast fixes, and communicate clear updates/resolutions back to the dealership client.

Qualifications & Skills

- Mobility & Travel:



Valid passport and driver’s license with the ability/willingness to travel across Canada and the United States for client onboarding and support.
- Technical Background: Basic to intermediate understanding of web/mobile application functionality, troubleshooting, and developer ticketing workflows (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or similar).
- Automotive Industry Interest / Aptitude: Willingness to learn dealership sales processes, F&I; workflows, trade-in procedures, and deal documentation.
- Customer Service & Client Management: Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a client-first, problem-solving attitude.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Ability to listen to non-technical dealership staff describe a problem, translate it into precise technical details, and formulate an actionable ticket for developers.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to undergo 3-part structured training across dealership operations, client success, and technical systems.

What We Offer

- Salary & Compensation: $58,000.00 – $80,000.00 CAD per year (Base Salary + Performance Bonuses, dependent on qualifications).
