Enduron Inc. is looking for experienced CNC Setup & Lathe Operators for day and evening shifts. This individual will enjoy a fast paced environment with many different setup's and changes daily for high quality, low volume part's making. Benefits package after 3 month probation period.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, setting up, and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision parts. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Programing an asset but not required. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring productive production processes while maintaining safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

- Set up and calibrate CNC lathe, using tools such as calipers, hand tools, and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.




- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on CNC machinery to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct quality checks on machined parts using precision measurement tools like calipers and other inspection devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times.

Experience

- 3 years proven experience operating CNC machines such as CNC lathes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC programming, particularly HAAS controls, is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
