Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate, program, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Duties

- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and press brake machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine machining requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct quality control checks using calipers, hand tools, and other measurement devices to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards including forklift operation when necessary.
- Assist with assembly, welding, or packaging tasks as needed within the manufacturing process.




- Utilize technical skills such as Fanuc controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Support warehouse activities by managing inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and ensure continuous quality improvement.

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with welding techniques is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools, calipers, measuring tapes, and basic math skills for precise measurements.
- Warehouse experience including forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards related to machining operations.
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and equipment maintenance.
