We are looking for commercial cleaners for an entertainment complex. Work is for 7 days a week, starting after midnight. Business does not close so keep this in mind. We like to be honest with people that are interested because this schedule is not for everyone.

The positive about this work is that you can make your routine/schedule as long as the work is completed in the time frame that is given to us. That time frame is after midnight so 12 am to 7am in the early morning. Somedays there can be morning rentals so you will have to be done before 6 am.

In this job the time varies some days are slow and you will find yourself finishing early. Some days are busier ( Tuesday, Friday and Sunday) and take more time. The schedule isn't consistent. We have slow months and busy months.

It varies but it is very rare that it is busy for a long period of time. That's why it is a nice contract.

We offer this job as a sub contract. We at Lopez Janitorial Services LTD provide all the equipment to our staff and do not deduct that in your pay like other cleaning companies do. We want to make our staff lives easier by giving them the best equipment we can get.





If you do not have any experience we will provide training. The most important thing for us is that we maintain our cleaning standards. We take pride in our companies work and standards as we have been in business over 20 plus years.

We expect our staff to have that same pride and standards.

- Solid work ethic
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Responsible workers that show up on time to work

Must have:

- Must have commercial cleaning experience of more than a year (if not, training is available as well).
- Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle. Can take transit too but depends on the site.
- Fluent English but we speak Spanish if English is an issue.
