Applications are being accepted for a Commercial Lending Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience in commercial lending and/or commercial real estate practices.

Responsibilities include

- Reviewing lender’s commitment letters
- Conducting the required due diligence searches (for example, Tax, PPR, LTO searches)
- Preparing draft security documents and reporting letters to clients
- Preparing draft trust letters
- Reviewing executed security documents and other reporting requirements for deficiencies
- Communicating with clients and external counsel
- Diarizing files for follow-up and ensuring that trust conditions and other post-funding matters are satisfied

Skills and Abilities:
- 2+ years of commercial lending and/or commercial real estate practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines.




- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Legal Assistant or Paralegal education is considered an asset.
