Duties

- Perform routine cleaning of industrial workspaces, including floors, machinery, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies.
- Conduct commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal to ensure a spotless environment.
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance activities like replacing light bulbs, reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of break rooms, locker areas, hallways, and entry points to promote a healthy workplace.




- Follow safety guidelines during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or hazards.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and cleaning agents as needed throughout the shift.
- Complete cleaning logs or checklists to document completed tasks and report any issues requiring further attention.

Experience

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, or floor scrubbers is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
